An Attitude of Gratitude

attitude_of_gratitudeDo you have an attitude of gratitude, or know someone who does? An attitude of gratitude by definition is showing appreciation for what you already have; showing constant thanks for what you receive and give; the sincere feeling of thankfulness.  An example of an attitude of gratitude is expressing thanks for the well being of your family or for the job that you have.

A great way to develop or master this attitude is by letting people know that you care about them. Expressing your feelings of gratitude will not only help you to become a more grateful person but it will let others know that you care about them and most importantly it will make the recipient feel good.

An easy way of doing this is by sending cards with your thoughts and feelings, or just a few simple words saying Thank You for something someone did for you.  It could be as simple as picking your child up from school or buying you lunch – whatever it is, let someone know that you are grateful.

I’d like to challenge you to a 30 day gratitude challenge.  Simply join the challenge here and begin your attitude of gratitude – change your life and maybe someone else today.
